My name is Brenna Orchard. I am a 2022 Caruthers Fair Queen Candidate, and a 2022 Caruthers High School graduate!

The Caruthers District Fair is the largest free gate fair in California. It continues to be a free gate fair because every summer Fair Queen Candidates, like myself, spend their summer going to houses and companies to sell tickets. This year marks the 93rd year that the town of Caruthers has been able to put on this wonderful fair.

My family has lived in the Caruthers/Easton area and enjoyed attending the fair for generations. My great grandmother Martha Dean Moran (maiden name Lewis) graduated from Caruthers High School. My grandparents, Bob and Priscilla Dack (maiden name Moran), currently live in Easton and both graduated from Washington Union. My mom, Rebecca Orchard (Dack) is also a graduate of Washington Union class of 1993.
